Athletic Reformer: Sculpt your legs, lift your seat, define your abs and chisel your arms with this upbeat, body-sculpting class. We combine the best legthening and sculpting elements of the Pilates reformer.

ReformBarre: ReformBARRE will always bring a challenge for every fitness level. You will see a noticeable difference in your entire body just after 10 workouts. It's all about toning, reshaping, and building lean muscle, this is where the change happens.

We combine the best lengthening and sculpting elements of the Pilates Reformer with your favorite chiseling moves of ballet barre.

CoreReform: Join us for our signature Core Reform class! Using the reformer, you will lengthen and sculpt your body while chiseling your core. Strong core muscles are important for athletes, such as runners, as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening core muscles may also help improve back pain.

Bounce: Sweat it out on the rebounders during a high energy workout while sculpting the entire upper body by using hanging resistance bands. Get those lean, sleek sexy arms you've always wanted, and flat toned abs! Be ready for amazing, quick results you will love cardio session using mini rebounders, leg, arm and core series plus a cool down. Length 50 min. All levels welcome. Maximum of 7 clients

Cardio Reformer: Get ready to strengthen your core and elevate your heart rate to burn some calories!! The jumpboard employs the principles of ployometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burns calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints, and the springs help the muscles TONE without bulking. Its great for athletes because it develops and strengthens the fast twitch muscles in the quadriceps without compression, helping to improve speed, agility and power. The jumpboard is a great alternative to traditional cardio, and is recommended for anyone looking to strengthen lower body joints! In this fast paced class, we fuse multiple styles of modern cardio and exercise elements with the elongating reformer work to offer an all-in-one workout!
